How to register for self-service banking:
All that’s needed is an e-PIN with the new registration process
- Simply call one of the self-service enabled lines from your cell phone number registered with Absa
- Enter you ID number, account number or card number
- Respond to the SureCheck message
- And finally select a 6- to 12-digit PIN of your choice

MFC has a very user friendly SMS option to retrieve your vehicle finance settlement amount
- Simply type S, leave a space, and type in your RSA ID number
- Send SMS to 31795
- The cellular number on file will be verified and the SMS will only be sent to that number
Standard Bank
Standard Bank Mobile App 
- From the home screen of the App, tap on your VAF tile to retrieve a more detailed view of the account.
- Scroll to the right to view repayment due, loan amount and settlement quote.
- Tap on ‘View now’ to see details of your settlement quote.
Please note that a detailed settlement quote will be emailed to the email address that Standard Bank have on record for you.

Wesbank
SMS 
Wesbank has a very user friendly SMS option to retrieve your vehicle finance settlement amount
- Simply type S, followed by your 11-digit account number
- Send SMS to 31329
The cellular number on file will be verified and the SMS will only be sent to that number

It’s also possible to e-mail or fax your request to service@wesbank.co.za or 0861 888 272
- These must be marked for the attention of the Admin Department.
- Please ensure you provide your vehicle finance account number and/or ID number within the request
- Give Wesbank the e-mail address or fax number to which you would like them to send you your letter, and they`ll forward it to you.
